We have been very fortunate to have made a name for our product in competitions since we started production in early 2009.

Celtic Blue Reserve is the 2015 American Cheese Society's Best in Show

Our Lankaaster Aged Loaf took the Global Supreme Champion Award at the recent Global Cheese Making Competition in Somerset, UK.
Our Celtic Blue took a bronze.

The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair named our Lankaaster aged cheese the GRAND CHAMPION VARIETY CHEESE at the 2011 Royal Winter Fair.

We also received awards for our Fen Slab, Lankaaster - Gouda Style, Celtic Blue and Lankaaster Cumin Flavoured, in a variety of other categories.

The American Cheese Society gave first prize to our Lankaaster Aged in the 'American Made/International Style - Dutch Style' category.

Our Celtic Blue won third prize in the blue cheese category for cow milk.

In the Dairy Farmers of Canada Grand Prix we were champions in the semi firm category with our traditional Lankaaster, and runner up in the category for blue cheese.

The 2010 British Empire Cheese Show recognized our Celtic Blue as the Champion Blue Cheese.

We want to continue to share our passion for cheese and our cheeses with all who love cheese!

Our Lancaster facility has a cheese shop that is open 6 days a week. Our processing plant can be viewed from our shop and once COVID restrictions cease the viewing gallery overlooking the processing plant from the second floor will again be open to the public. We welcome visitors and enjoy sharing our products with them.
