Our Lankaaster Aged Loaf took the Global Supreme Champion Award at the recent Global Cheese Making Competition in Somerset, UK.
Our Celtic Blue took a bronze.
In the Dairy Farmers of Canada Grand Prix we were champions in the semi firm category with our traditional Lankaaster, and runner up in the category for blue cheese.
We want to continue to share our passion for cheese and our cheeses with all who love cheese!
Our Lancaster facility has a cheese shop that is open 6 days a week. Our processing plant can be viewed from our shop and once COVID restrictions cease the viewing gallery overlooking the processing plant from the second floor will again be open to the public. We welcome visitors and enjoy sharing our products with them.
